So, I’m not sure if I mentioned that my Husband is a skater. So we did plan to visit some skateparks in Singapore.
First Stop: Somerset Skate Park
1 Somerset Rd, Singapore 238162
So, we met a filipino skater here and some Singaporeans too. They were Nice.
Again, Foodie!! while my husband skates I went inside the 313 mall and got some snacks. Milk tea (Sgd 3) and Cheezy Chicken ball. (Sgd 1.70).
Second Stop : Xtreme Skate Park
East Coast Park Service Road, Singapore
Xtreme Skate Park
This park is HUGE and its location is really nice as its beside the sea.
Some photos during our walk to the park.
The only struggle is that we walk like 30mins to get there maybe because it’s our first time but going home is so much easier since there is a bus stop just outside the park.
So sadly since its late and we have to be home we weren’t able to try some food in that area, but will surely try next time. =)
Singapore Zoo, located at 80 Mandai Lake Rd, Singapore and with more than 2800 animals over 300 species, surely one of the best experience I had during our Singapore trip.
Road to Singapore Zoo
Singapore Zoo is formerly named Singapore Zoological Gardens.
It was first open to public June 27, 1973 and up to now it continues to put a smile on people who visits. This is one of the best place to go for families having their vacation in Singapore.
Ticket.
Food will always be a part of my trip so here’s my favourite: “Nasi Goreng”
“There is nothing more beautiful than the way the ocean refuses to stop kissing the shoreline, No matter how many times it is sent away”

1am (Saturday, May 6) Meet up at Cubao station but Due to the Number of people waiting- we decided to take a different route since we have to be at Zambales early to have more time for the activities. We took Pampanga and transfer to a different Bus to Olongapo.
3:45am (Saturday, May 6) we reached Olongapo, wait for a bus to Iba, Zambales. We are able to reach Zambales around 5:30am and we still have time to go the market and get things we need.
Touch down (Iba, Zambales)
So this is it after a 20mins tricycle ride to Pundaquit.
Sorry, for our morning face.
Yipeee!!
First stop: ANAWANGIN COVE.
Anawangin is the nearest Cove from the town proper of Pundaquit – Owned by a local family who also lives in Pundaquit, Based on the post and photos, Anawangin is the most visited cove since its more developed than the others. Anawangin is surrounded by mountains of rocks theoretically known to be formed by the ages of volcanic activities in the past. Owners are asking for a 50php entrance fee for a day trip and 150 for overnight.
Boat Ride is 20-30mins from Pundaquit depending on the water condition.
Second stop: TALISAYEN COVE.
This Cove nestled between Anawangin and Nagsasa Cove. Unlike Anawangin, Talisayen is normally just visited by people who go on a day tour a side trip. They also do not offer accommodations, there are huts for rent but its best to bring your own tent for the camping experience. Same as the other cove’s, its 50php for an entrance fee of day trip and 100 for overnight.
Mermaids for Life. ♥
Last stop: NAGSASA COVE.
So, we decided to stay at Nagsasa Cove. From Anawangin, it takes 45mins to reach Nagsasa. We love the beach here- a Beautiful ash-gray that turns almost white at noon. There is no signal here so it’s more interesting especially for those who are looking for a “break”.
There’s nothing much to do here in Nagsasa aside from walking along the beautiful long stretch shore, dive into the clear water or trek around or uphill.
Yes, if Cebu has a “camp sawi”, Nagsasa has there very own “Kamp Wagi” hehe =) ♥A weekend well spent. Looking forward to the next adventure with these guys.
Batangas is probably the best place to go for a quick weekend getaway.
Just 3-4 hour drive from Manila, is Nasugbu batangas.
I’ve been to Laiya and Lian batangas before but this is my first time in Nasugbu and I was amazed that Batangas can still offer clear water beach and relaxing place like this.
This is so far the most affordable resort we found on the internet plus we’re into camping so this is perfect.
We reached the place around 7pm, Friday so I was not able to take a photo of the place that night but this photo below is the entrance of the resort. Need to walk 5mins down to those stairs to reach their Information Center.
Road to happiness.
We avail 1 Nipa hut and 1 Extra Large Tent. (Will be uploading updated rates soon)
Woke up to this. 🙂Pastel Sky at 6:04am
They also have picnic tables for day tour which is just in front of the beach.
You can bring food for grilling and drinks and take note there is NO corkage fee, Amazing right? =)
You may also bring your own cooking materials like rice cooker, electric stove etc cause they only offer free grilling station.
The resort has a store which is open until 8pm.
For overnight stay you have to pay 380/ head for entrance fee and you’ll have free breakfast the next morning. Which will be deliver to your cottage before 8am. Sosyal =)
They offer Silogs- and I will give them 4 out of 5 stars for the food. haha Not bad.
The beach.
This was taken 7:09 am, Around 8 to 8:30am people starting to come for day tour. There are locals shouting “Pusit for sale” not sure how much but at least you have an idea that every morning there are locals selling fresh sea foods but I’m sure its cheaper compare to manila.
This place is also ideal for team building activities as they also offer rental of team building games like tug of war etc. (Rates will be posted soon)
Resort also offers:
Island hopping- Queen island and Tali beach for 1,500 for 10 pax.
Kayak 300/hour for 2 pax.
Beach Volleyball- 150/ hour
